Intended use
The floats are to be used to control the level in the filling and emptying processes of tanks and containers in which non-scaling clean or residual waters are used. Model with Polystyrene shock resistance counterweight and activation ball made of Stainless Steel.
Function
When the level of the liquid reaches the level of the float switch, the float changes its position an angle and activates a micro switch due to this deviation. When the level of the liquid overreaches the level of the float switch, the float floats, allowing its displacement to the next level of control. These levels depend on the correct position of the counterweight.
Control of the maximum and the minimum levels can be adjusted with only one float switch T-10E. The recommended maximum differential is 1 meter.
Mechanical connection
It is simple: the switch literally hangs on its own cable at the desired height and is fixed to the ceiling or to one side of the tank adjusting the distance of the counterweight. With this we obtain the right differential between maximum and minimum. The recommended maximum differential is 1 m.
